Covid Cancellation Policy
If you develop Covid-19 symptoms, receive a positive test result or are a close contact of a positive test we ask that you cancel your appointment.
Outwith 72 Hours there is no charge for Covid-19 related cancellations.
Within 72 Hours of your appointment should you test positive for Covid-19 please email [email protected] with your positive result confirmation. A £20 cancellation charge will be deducted to your refund. If no positive result confirmation can be sent through then the regular cancelation policy will apply.
This small charge is in place to cover the overheads and admin associated with cancellations.
72 Hours notice applies Monday – Friday. There is no email coverage Saturday and Sunday.
You can then re-book your own appointment for a more suitable time
